They made three Drug Awareness Parent Presentations. This was accomplished as a partner of OUSD, OC Dept. of Ed and Orange GRIP. The presenters from OC Dept of Ed did outstanding job, and we handed out literature, resource info and DisposeRx samples. Thanks to Danny Salas and JC Cortez for coming out to represent us in Spanish. Approximately 22 parents attended.
We work with the Orange Unified School District (OUSD) to get our Drug Awareness Program material out  to the elementary, junior high and high schools. The students from OUSD can participate in our Poster, Essay or Video Contest programs.
Take a look at this year's lodge and district's winning pre-high school video from Cerro Villa MS.

Saturday, the lodge members went several places!
Joining in Wreaths Across America Ceremony and Wreath Placement.
Our members and their families placed 100 wreaths at the Fairhaven Veterans Memorial Cemetery.  Orange Elks member Brian Lawrences son Seth is seen placing wreaths. Seth said on the drive home, ?that it meant a lot to him and he can?t wait to do it again next year?.
