The Orange Elks Lodge and our Drug Awareness Program was honored to present the Elks National Post High School Video Award to Vicki Mull for her video "Stop the Cycle". We were joined by Orange Police Chief Dan Adams, who said a few words and Orange Mayor Mark Murphy, who presented Vicki with a City of Orange Resolution highlighting not only this award but the many past awards that she, her media program and her students have won.
Vicki and her students at El Modena HS have won more Elks Drug Awareness Video Awards than any other school in Orange County, the state of California and in the United States.
