Michael O’Donoghue, member and Scouting Chairman for the Orange Elks Lodge Boy Scout Troop #1475, presided over the Court of Honor for Jonathan Delgado. Helping Michael were Rock Brienza assist. Scout Master and Scout Master Scott Gow in the Eagle Scout Court of Honor. Jonathan, the troop’s sixth Eagle Scout since 2006, was presented his award along with the U. S. flag from Congressman Ed Royce. Jonathan’s Eagle Scout project was to design and build an information center for his middle school, Santiago Middle School. Jonathan’s dad, Gonzalo, was his Cub Scout leader and Michael was his Boy Scout leader.
