At the end of each Elk year, the Exalted Ruler hands out awards to deserving lodge members. The individuals selected always seemed to be there and were doing things without really being asked. They make the Lodge and its activities better!
This year Exalted Ruler Kelley Martinez selected Joe Medina as Elk of the Year. Joe demonstrated devotion, dedication, and loyalty to the Lodge.
Kelley selected Julie Sutton as Officer of the Year. Julie went beyond her duties to provide leadership and voluntary services to the Lodge.
This year’s Citizen of the Year went to Lesly Adams. Lesly is an outstanding volunteer, works behind the scenes, is very friendly and makes great desserts for our lodge events.

The Grand Exalted Ruler’s Outstanding Service Commendation certificate goes to someone who performs outstanding service to the Lodge. The Exalted Ruler selected Gary Doebereiner and Garret Hamblin for their work starting, organizing and supervising a very successful Antler program.
