Doing what ELKS do best!  Giving of their time and themselves, twenty five  members labeled, stamped, counted and delivered over two thousand three hundred books "About Our Flag".  The books were delivered to twenty seven schools and given to all the fifth grade students in the Orange Unified School District. "Patriots Week" is a chance to enhance their study of the Constitution and to place an added light on the significance of the week itself.  September 17th is Constitution Day and it is a great day to recognize our flag and our patriotism.  This morning four members of the Orange Elks attended the Serrano Elementary School Flag Ceremony.

Principal Dr. Bobbie Lansman presided over the program that included the flag salute, singing several patriotic songs, the third grade reading the preamble to the Constitution and thanking the Elks for donating the books. All the students wore red, white, and blue.
