My Fellow Brothers and Sisters, What a year we had with our awesome Christmas Basket event!!! Jerry Pierce and Rod Story did a GREAT job organizing the Christmas baskets but all of you who came out to help out made it awesome. We estimate we had 200 regular and non-members come out to pack baskets and about 60 people show up for delivery. All of the delivery people talked about what a great feeling it was to see people's faces light up when the received the gift baskets, and also a special kudos to our own Pooh Bah - Bob Genelle - and the entire cook crew for a wonderful meal to cap off that special December night that put all of us in the Holiday spirit. The Christmas Baskets are a wonderful way for the Lodge to give back to our community. Well from myself and Joanne, HAPPY 2009!!! May it be happy and healthy for each and every one of you!
