Each year the Orange Elks Lodge honors members of our Police and Fire Department for their work in our city. This year our cooks prepared another great dinner.

Captain Dave Nichols Presented Meritorious Service Awards to our police officers Detective Joseph Ramirez who just retired, K-9 Officer Damon Allen and his partner Bosco, Officer Randy Houston  (HEART Team), and Michelle Micallef, Crime Prevention Specialist and CERT Team member. HEART is the Homeless Engagement Assistance Resource Team and CERT is Community Emergency Response Team.

Dessert was a cake honoring the Police and Fire Department. Our Lecturing Knight Janine Storm and her committee did an outstanding job.
